Very hard to work keeps pegging temperature and have been unable to turn AC above 70. Very frustrating.

It's nice to be able to virtually control my homes temperature from anywhere and the app does just a good job as any to complete that task. Not a lot of features but everything you need is there. Easy to use.

I have only been using it for a month and at a 2nd home which we aren't at all the time. We had trouble getting a professional to install other WiFi models which our Trane HVAC didn't seem to work with. The T6 Pro installed fine and it works as expected. It's nice to verify and control the temp remotely especially when other have used the house. I don't see any way set config alerts which can be a blessing but could also be helpful. The look and price point are good. It also came with a wall plate trim that goes behind the unit if need to cover the footprint and/or paint issue around the thermostat which came in handy for my situation. I would but it again and I just might for my primary home.

My contractor never told me about an app that could control my Honeywell T6 Pro! While looking for an auto changer thermostat I found Resideo to control my thermostat. The setup was easy, so I'm very happy with the product!!
