Installer did not clearly explain instructions. For example , thermostat does not display outside temperature.

I can change the temperature in the middle of the night and not even get out of bed!!

Contractor installed it along with a new AC unit. Very easy to use and I can program it with my smart phone if I need to. Very happy with it.

I formerly used another Honeywell thermostat which used a different app. The old app was better as it provided a 5 day weather forecast. The app for the new one does not do that, only gives current day weather. I love the new thermostats however

The home screen showing temperature etc should be in colour like the home screen. Just seems very basic with the black and grey.
