Installed easily by HVAC contractor. Could have installed myself if the voltage wire was already connected at the HVAC (it wasn't). Very easy to operate and very convenient to change settings remotely by WiFi. Can recommend this product.

In order to use my smart phone for the WiFi you require me to have a screen lock. For me it just doesn't work. I should be able to use it with out the lock

With a heat pump there doesn’t seem to be an auto mode to switch from heat to cool or cool to heat. Easy to use and set up.
