My contractor was not sure how to install it and in the instructions we were told what app to install but Honeywell has changed the name and look of the app. Had to call for assistance. Too many options to go through in set up had to skip most

The unit is constantly loosing connection to Honeywell's cloud service. This is very unstable.

I wish it had a Auto mode, it has cool,heat,off, emergency heat but no Auto which would be nice so it would change over to cool or heat according to my temp setting.

I love being able to control my thermostat with my phone or Google Home. The only feature I wish I had was the ability to track energy consumption. This thermostat came with a the heating & air system we bought. Overall I really love it.
