I purchased this to replace one of a different brand that was two years old that had malfunctioned again. I chose Honeywell, a brand that I've learned to trust over the years. So far, this is working just fine.

This was installed as a replacement for a TH6320WF that quit working.
This thermostat does not connect with the other four TH6320WF in my house on "Total Connect Comfort".
It only connects with the Resideo App. I do not want to have to use an App and now can not control all thermostats from one simple internet location on my laptop. This is not an improvement.
It should be able to connect to "Total Connect Comfort".

This is a great thermostat, it does exactly what it supposed to do, and I love the feature that you can download the app and control everything through your phone no matter where you are!
