I was very disappointed when I I had to login into my honeywell app for some reason, I had been logged out and was unable to program or set the temperature remotely. This lasted 24 hrs, I called our contractor who said he had never had any problems.

I keep trying to program day/night and vacation temperatures and it just seem to work for me.

Iâm very happy with my purchase of the new Honeywell WiFi thermostat. I like being able to connect to the thermostat from my phone.

Having a lot of trouble keeping it connected to wi-fi and user manual information is very limited. Pretty dissatisfied so far. Could be user problems, but had hoped for better support.
