Hard to trouble shoot since Honeywell is open 9-7, I work then. Issue was we needed to turn off our mobile data, this should have been in the guide, also I keep getting dropped internet notifications, I only want temp notifcations

I have two systems and one did not work and they had to replace thermostat but now it works perfectly

It's great to be able to change the temperature from anywhere just by logging in on my phone. I also love the fact that we can set up a schedule for the week while we are at work.

I keep receiving pop ups that the thermostat is having difficulty connecting to the wifi, but the help site is not helpful as to why this continues to happen. But, the thermostat keeps working the way I have it programmed which is a wonderful thing.
