Works great for us. As we travel between homes, we can adjust the house temperature so that upon arrival the house is toasty warm or cool depending upon the season. Also if I have my phone next to me I can adjust the temperature without leaving my recliner. I can adjust the AC between one summer rental guest leaving and the next arriving. Energy saver,
