It is being used for a community room rental. So far it is working good. I can control the thermostat from my phone before the renter gets there and after the renter leaves. Very convenient. Thanks Honeywell.

The app is really easy to use and it has the features to control the thermostat from my phone as long as my phone is connected to the internet and my thermostat is connected to the internet at home.

This a great thermostat. Using the companion phone app, it's easy to program and track. Only issue we have encountered was it failed to connect to Wifi with an error code indicating the WiFI radio had to be replaced. It was and now works fine.

The software is horrid! The manual is inadequate and does not provide a clue as to how the s/w works. I mean the s/w does function but to find how to do what you want is difficult. Things like hitting the name of your unit to pull up hidden menus whe

Both with my first router and my new one, I had to call in to get it installed. The instructions may need to be modified. It looks good and works well.
