Had an issue connecting it to my wifi..called the 800 number and it was up and running in 20 mins

We love the Honeywell thermostat! It works perfect when you aren't always at this home, it is easy to control from a different location, which is what we have to do often

My old thermostat let me set my humidity point for the house, kind of surprised this is not an option.

I have several honeywell thermostats. They use the TCC app which is not compatible with this thermostat. This uses a different app. I also had to call tech support because mobile data has to be turned off for android phones not noted in instruction

Contractor replaced my previous Honeywell model. Primary complaint is this model does not allow for a temporary hold.
