Second home and thermostat has gone offline in less than 30 days from install we are 400 miles away and cannot remotely process any temperature changes. So frustrating. I read this from the reviews, but my installer insisted on this unit.

Have had thermostat for a month. One morning the unit turned on unexpectedly. Setting was for 66 and was heating at 70. Software issue? Only happened once so far.

Sleek and Simple thermostat. Installation was straight forward apart from the ability to connect two wires to one output due to the size of the wire opening. Works well with WiFi and app.

The product is simple to use and functions very well on a day-to-day basis. The only issue I have with this product, and it is big, is with setup. Setup of the product is a nightmare, not intuitive and you have to understand AC systems to set up properly. Please fix the setup process!!
