So I was very excited to get this thermostat set up. My first stumple was trying to figure out the correct app to download. My user manual said one thing, the app store another. Still not sure I have the correct app. I am using the honeywell one, but my manual says lyric. Honeywell website not helpful in its clarification. Phone call a waste of time. Figured it out w the help of my plumber, but they were confued too

Great but needs more that just 4 periods in a day

This works great for most things. I only wish that it had more than Wake, Leave, Home, Sleep. If you are on a special power plan you need at least one more period. Please update programming on all new units to give more periods in a day.

Not able to connect from out of town. Not worth the wifi experience if you can't control from long range.

Iâve had the nest and ecobee both had much better interfaces seemed more flawless this simple but lacks a push from the back of the pack itâs doing what I want but honestly wish more capabilities like other too

Easy to setup and use. Nice design and is compatible with Alexa. We are very happy with this thermostat.

Makes one lazy yet the scheduling feature makes very much sense. Also when connected to Google or Alexa, one can conveniently check settings when not in the same room.
