Device has poor communication. Connection to wifi is not reliable. Geofence is not working most of the times. Honeywell network is out of touch many times in a day.

Your instruction book needs a complete overhaul and translated by an English-speaking person I was given instructions to download the wrong app to even work with this unit I spent about 16 hours trying to get this to work between internet and online

I had a Carrier top of the line WiFi setup prior to this and I must say I MUCH prefer this one. Not only much easier to navigate but worked first time out without a root canal setup needed. Love the look of it. Fits the decor well

Came with my new house. WiFi has never worked. House under warranty but having problems with builder to replace.

Although the thermostat was already installed as a part of the home we purchased, it works great including the WiFi function where I can control it from any mobile device. Great product. Simple and easy to use.
