Extremely disappointed! We have 3 in our brand new home and 1 out of 3 does not work! Builder does not respond. A 33% failure rate is totally unacceptable.

Reason for 3 stars. When scheduling I'd like the time I have chosen to be the time the system comes on, not it getting to that temp by the time I've scheduled. So much easier to schedule.

It never worked right. It heats when set for cooking and vice versa. It continues displaying error messages with sensors. We disabled the Wi-Fi. How come you don’t support your products?

Excellent controllable thermostat. It does a great job keeping my home's temperature constant while minimizing energy usage. I purchased it to be able to monitor and control my HVAC system remotely, and its excellent doing this, but I am reaping financial savings from it's control capabilities.

I am very happy with the product, but it was very difficult to connect the thermostats to the APP it took 3 tech support agents to finally get some one that new what they were doing and was able to help me All Good Now

Limits to automatic transition from heat to cool and vice versa are my reasons for the 3 stars. For example, if the temp is cool but not cold enough to kick off the heating shift, you have to manually transition to heat. On my old thermostat all I had to do was set a temp and it would automatically shift.
