Vacation mode is a bust, among other complaints

There is nothing intuitive on using this updated system at all. Prior setting were easy to set-up and follow. Easy to set a temporary change in temperature which would reset to schedule at the next schedule time. Or, put in HOLD and then change back to schedule when desired. This new vacation mode is useless. The remote use by phone does not visually cue easy use.
The former phone display was almost like standing in front of the wall display. This new update on ohone screen doesn’t look any like the wall display, so nothing correlate for me.

Decent purchase if modern access isn’t your thing

It’s a basic thermostat and gets the job done. Not extremely intuitive and I don’t like how it ties into the alarm system. It can’t be accessed remotely in its own app.

Great thermostat - much improved over the last one

This thermostat (and app) work great - as long as you have wifi/internet access of course :). The only complaint I have is that I cannot set it lower than 50F. I bought it to use in my garage and really only need to set it around 40-43 to keep stuff from freezing when I am not in there. The directions say it can be changed in the setup mode to go as low as 40F, but it does not give me the option. I do plan on calling customer support some time when I am in my garage during their hours

I am very satisfied with my choice of this thermostat. I had to adjust the settings a couple of times to get it how I wanted it, but once done it is easy to navitage and change any settings. It's also very handly and easy to use the app to make adjustments.. I also like the clean look of it and it complements any decor.
