This is a great thermostat for homes and small businesses, at a reasonable cost. It's wifi and programmable and has all of the settings you really need - it doesn't have the "auto" function so you have to specifically set it for AC or Heat. The app is great and it has all of the functionality of thermostat and puts the controls at your fingertips.

The thermostat works great, responsive, easy to learn, and it has an app. Being able to control the temp from my bed is amazing. Before I get out of bed I increase the temp to something toasty, and before I go to bed I turn off the system. App is easy to learn.

Constantly disconnects from wifi. The scheduling is good, but once a day one of our thermostats disconnects from Wi-Fi. We have 3 thermostats and they all disconnect randomly at different times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impossible to use, even after calling in I have to get time to call again because app will not open so I can change settings hung up on one page, will not let me go to home screen.

Good quality well built plenty of options with Wi-Fi - just wish they had a few more features like for energy saving and being smart - example set at 72 but it’s only heat or cool - if you live in southern climate I find you are constantly switching between heat and cool- but I know it will cool down at night so I want heat
