During the first night, while the outside temperature was in the 30’s, we were awaken in the middle of the night, after setting the schedule, and it was approximately 60 degrees in the house. Then, we noticed the air conditioning was blowing and not the heater! Certainly have not had a good experience with this thermostat. We prefer our Nest thermostat.

I had a hard time setting up the thermostat. It did not like my wifi router and everything else works fine. I like the way it works, I would like to see the outdoor temp in my area on the display. It will make decisions setting the thermostat temp easier.

I like that I can access with my phone. I think the programming process is more difficult than it needs to be. I would prefer to be able to see usage statistics and humidity reading.

Recently purchased new furnace and air units, upgraded to wi-fi thermostat, so glad I did !! Peace of mind and ease of operation from my phone, can now go on vacation any time of the year and be notified of any changes of temps via my my phone, love it !! Wish I had one for my hot tub !!

The application is a little bit tricky to use in order to configure the Wi-Fi feature. It has an option to control ventilation, but there is no information about how the ventilation is being scheduled/triggered/controlled. There are no possibilities to pair it with a humidity sensor or any other 'smart' sensor (through the app). I am not seeing any option to control multi-zone thermostats in a 'smart' way, so basically you will have a list of thermostats that do not notice each other.
