Horrible device that was difficult to connect to my router. It took 3 hours and 2 calls to tech support. I installed 2 thermostats in my house and now they are offline so that they cannot be controlled remotely. Defeats the purpose of having a smart

Had great difficulty in connecting to the internet as our property is serviced by an internet connection that was not compatible with the unit.

The wifi set up was horrendous. After multiple connections by 3 people, it connected. No rhyme or reason whey it started working. Very poor directions.

Working great. A lot more air flow throughout the whole house. The first unit lasted 20 years and hope this one last just as long. Thanks for a great product. I Recommend everybody buying this unit.

So far, it has worked as expected. Like the fact that I can control the thermostat from my phone and while away. I love the Geofence option where your A/C unit can come on within approaching the area (e.g. within a mile of approaching the house)
