I love the thermostat, but the install with Android phones is terrible. It does not work. We had to install using an iphone and then switch accounts to my Android phone. I am technically proficient and could not get it to connect, nor could our IT expert.

A simple programmable thermo. I thought it might have a few more features. It's lost connection to wifi 2 times in first month. To be fair, maybe Internet stability (recent storms), not sure.

This product should not be sold as wireless as it has so many limitations and requires archaic settings to be enabled on the wifi router for it to connect. Not supporting duel band router is ridiculous. 2.4Ghz is fine, but having g 5Ghz enabled prevents it from connecting.
