I had this thermostat install a few days before going on vacation. It is very easy to use and gives a great piece of mine on what the temperature is at 24/7 inside home and adjusting temp just by the use of your mobile phone.
This thermostat also will provide a notification when temps drop below or above setting which I need to have installer yet to install on my phone.

While this thermostat keeps the the temperature steady it is not a good digital smart home thermostat. This thermostat states programmable, it is not good. The app used with thermostat does not follow the schedule at all. We attempted a geofence and a planned schedule. The biggest problem the thermostat doesn't switch from cool to heat to cool seamlessly. You have to manually switch the cool to heat and back. So if you are not at home, your pets are too cold or too hot. I would not recommend this thermostat.

I've had a very difficult time pairing my iphone 11 with this thermostat. After I had it all set up, for some reason my phone lost contact and it needs to be paired again.

Thermostat is one of the best in the industry… once it’s linked to the internet, the Resideo platform and app is very easy to use and gives a quick response. It is not a power “stealing” thermostat like some of its competition is which means that it is truly a universal thermostat replacement. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the 2.4G only connectivity. Some of the new routers are incapable of splitting the 2.4G from the 5G so it will not connect to the router making it just a normal thermostat with an error code and that’s not what you spent money on this thermostat for.
