Very confusing to set up the app. I tried for over 45 min with the HVAC contractor and couldn't get it going. My wife tried for about an hour the next day and was able to get it on her smart phone and invited me through the app but I was still unable to get it going (without bumping her phone off the app) and I am a tech guy who used to manage corporate level IT. This App need loads of work to streamline it's installation and sharing between household members.

I am not pleased at all with my new thermostat. It worked great remotely for the first week. Now I cannot change temperature remotely. I am being told that there is an issue and it should be working soon. It’s been two weeks and is not working yet
