The basic set up is easy, but if you want to set up auto functions it is NOT intuitive and requires customer support. For an example if you have significant temperature swings each day and you require both heating & air conditioning setting the auto function when temperature thresholds is necessary. It “ain’t easy”! The Nest thermostat is MUCH easier.

I’d like it to auto switch modes for this price. It functions fine, connects to Wi-Fi fine. It would also be nice to digitally tell me the name of the APP as that was not intuitive
