A little tricky to set up, installer gave no instructions. I had to look it all up. Its all OK now, however initial customer support was less than adequate.

We are so happy we upgraded. Before, we had to hope we remembered to turn our air off before leaving for work so it did not run our power bill up. Now we have the ability to put it on a schedule, PLUS if I needed, I could control it from my phone at any time. We plan to sell our house in a new year and I know our Smart Thermostat will bring much value to our home.

We have a garage that is about 50 yards from our house. We don’t go down there every day and it was a hassle to cool or heat correctly until we installed this remote thermostat. Now we can change the temp remotely with my iPhone and go down when it is the temp we want. Has been especially handy during the recent heat this summer. Extremely happy with this purchase.

It will not let us set up the web app. It just keeps looping us. It says it's set up then asks us to resubmit all of the wifi information to set up the app - over and over again.
