A/C does not work properly with this thermostat. We had it running on heat and we had the temperature set to 68° and it was 60° inside the house but the ac was not running. It was freezing. I switched back to the old thermostat and problem solved.

Thermostat shuts down and reboots constantly. Very bright like when screen comes back on wakes me up multiple times per night. Eco bee is a much more user friendly option.

An important addition to our 150 year old smart home. The App is easy to download and use. We live part time in Indonesia. Every morning when I wake in Bali I check our home in Nova Scotia to ensure all systems are good. Honeywell thermostats and generator are an important part of giving us peace of mind that our property is safe and secure. My only regret, that I didn’t install “wifi” thermostats in the two heat pumps in our bedroom wings. I think I’m going to get on that in 2024. Thank you Honeywell

So far so good! I love that we can regulate the temperature from away from home. Easy to use. Much better than our Nest Learning thermostat that stopped working after 1 year!

Doesn't have auto switch between heat and cold; a standard on every other manufacturers cheap t-stats. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Also, doesn't seem to have heat anticipator to cut off furnace in advance of desired room temperature thus causing room temp to be 2 degrees higher than desired comfort level before the furnace finally shuts off.
