We just had a new HVAC Heat Pump system put in with this thermostat. I love the way it senses outside temp and works automatically. It's new, so far so good.

I recently signed up for SMECO to come out and check my unit and thermostat dor issues and replaced it. Now i can check and change the temperature from my cell phone.

it's ok. Not a NEST product. Does not give me the option to have an "Eco" setting. It only allows for a vacation setting which I find restrictive. I had to but this unit so that it would communicate with my new Lennox furnace!!!

We love the wifi capability of this thermostat and that we can control the temperature through the app. The only problem we have with it is that it constantly resets itself which turns off our HVAC system. We have not received a utility bill so not sure if it is going to effect our bill with the system turning on and off multiple times throughout the day because of the thermostat going blank and resetting.
