I have two of these installed in my new construction home.
- The displayed temperature is regularly +-2 degrees compared to multiple external thermometers.
- It disconnects from Wifi regularly and requires a power cycle to reconnect.
- It does not stay connected to HomKit. I've given up reconnecting it and simply don't use HomeKit to control this thermostat any more.
- One of them was not installed properly and believes indicates that it is connected to a gas furnace even though it is connected to an electric heat pump. Improper installation isn't the manufacturer's fault, but the thermostat doesn't provide any apparent way to correct the error through the usual interface.

As soon as I am certain that the rest of the HVAC system is functioning properly, I will replace this thermostat with an aftermarket HomeKit enabled thermostat and will ceremoniously burn these in the outdoor fire pit.

I like the way the app works but the setup is horrible. I’ve had multiple other wifi thermostats at other properties and this was by far the most difficult to get going.

Love the new capabilities we have with this new thermostat. Programming is easy, it did take me 2 times to get it to be recognized by my Wi-Fi but that coulda been me… peace of mind for a building that is not occupied nights or weekends is invaluable. Likely doing the house next!!
