Very easy to setup and use with an intuitive interface on the phone app that takes you through a daily schedule. The schedule allows you to preset the temperature throughout the day and night to best meet your heating and cooling needs wether you are home or away. It also provides money savings techniques and advice, plus the ability to adjust any of your settings while you are away from home. We are very pleased with our T6 WiFi thermostat.

The thermostat does not change temperature automatically; everything must be changed manually, every time. I have watched YouTube videos, called in service workers, and re-set it multiple times. It does not work.

Missing basic features. Every thermostat I’ve used the last ten years has the ability to hold a temperature range (ie, heat if under 68, cool if over 74). Not this one. Look elsewhere.

App is horrible, schedule system bad, zone control doesn’t all link to one if you want to. Only reason I have it is because it came with our new build. Replacing with nest thermostats

It was difficult to connect in the beginning but once it was connected it’s pretty easy and convenient to use it. I also had nest for my previous home and I like it in comparison they are both good.

I suppose it works okay but I never considered the possibility that I would have to switch it back and forth from heat to cool mode on days with a lot of temperature variation. My last 2 thermostats automatically switched modes. Why would you even sell such an archaic thermostat? Next time, I’ll be more careful to make sure I buy a “modern” thermostat.
