This guy is easy to read, has great menus, and so many options. Want to set a daily routine? Easy. Want to override it and change it up? Easy. Forgot to adjust it while on vacation? Easily done! Did I mention it's easy to use?

It is very difficult to install. The instructions refer you to an app which no longer seems to exist. Is it Honeywell or 'Resideo'? What on earth is 'Resideo' and why is it not 'Honeywell' since that is the brand of the thermostat. That is the first source of confusion. If you download the wrong app you get nowhere, after trying several options. There are instructions on line which also turned out to be for the wrong thermostat. Many internet-controlled devices seem to have this kind of problem. Often the on-line instructions, not from the company, are the only thing that will help. Eventually I got to something that took me through a series of operations which worked. After that, it has worked fine and I can control the heating from my phone. But setting it up was a horrible experience.

Our first T6 only lasted 2 years and then just died. It was a good thermostat for as long as it worked, but it shouldn't have to be replaced every 2 years! Since it was installed by the builder we haven't been able to get a refund yet. Your phone system to try to get information about how to get the refund is awful! Hopefully this one will last longer.

I like smart thermostat device, it is very easy to use to control the temperature of the house from the app. My best part is I can control the temperature remotely from anywhere and anytime.

It is new to me, but similar to a previous Honeywell programmable thermostat. The best upgrade is the wifi connection so I can see and adjust the temperature of my home while away. The vacation feature is easy to program and set parameters.
