Alerts aren't being sent out when the temperature is too low.
The app has temp settings hi and low, as to when an alert should be sent. Unfortunately there's no options for push,email or app notification as the help section indicates.

Also there is no web browser version to access the thermostat.
Can't use the Honeywell TCC site since there the 6000 doesn't have both the MAC and the cc code .

Awesome thermostats , allows me to monitor from anywhere even when I travel. I have 9 thermostats in my home and can check ea zone prior to sleep ea day and make sure I’m as efficient as I want to be heating and cooling my home.

The thermostat alone has worked fine for four years. The software locked out the primary and a second device from connecting to the thermostat for a couple of years. Had to contact Resideo via the website to give a new device access to the thermostat. Very frustrating and inflexible software. Helpful response from Resideo was very prompt, once contacted.

Had a new furnace installed and so also upgraded to the T6 Pro Smart thermostat. It was very easy to set up . Really like being able to have the house on a timed schedule - looking forward to energy efficiency keeping temp down while away and warming up just as I get home. Can access and make changes on the app anytime I want .

This came highly recommended from our HVAC service. We've had it installed now for about a month. It works reliably, letting you know if it goes offline (perhaps because of power outage or Wifi interruption). Monitoring temperature when away from house is really important to me and this givese me great piece of mind -- especially when temperatures recently dipped below zero! I'm a satisfied customer. The product is a great value.
