Simple, programmable, touch screen thermostat that provides all of the basic functionality to control an air conditioning/heating system locally or remotely from a free app your phone. My favorite feature is the simplicity that you can increase or decrease the target temperature setting.

Easy to install and program. We recently lost power during a storm, and the thermostat came back online seamlessly once power was restored.

The thermostat is small, which is fine, but the touchscreen is not very sensitive, you have to tap a few times to get the screen to come on. It also does lose connectivity at times, but it gets back online usually. The app is pretty basic, which is fine. If you want to program different cycles, that is more involved and kind of confusing.

I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 ...I sortof want to give it a 3. Only because it was insanely hard to hook up to my phone. I had the correct app. I fiddled with it for a long time . Finally gave up. Had two young service techs come out. It took them a full 1/2 hour to hook it up. (I have a Google pixel phone) it shouldn't be that complicated. I dread when I have to get a new phone...I'll have to go thru that painful process again. Other than that I like it ... It's simple to use.
