We just purchased our home and when it came time to setting up the thermostat, I didn’t even have the manual but with the help of YouTube and the simplicity of the thermostat, it was set up and functional in a matter of 5 minutes or less.
Not intuitive and very difficult to set up. I gave up trying to set up a schedule. My wife was freezing and was so bundled up that she looked like Ralphie. When it was set for 70 degrees it had set itself well below 62. I went to location it had to learn (?) the change. The first night it did not set back. It didn't set back the next several nights unless I wokeup and set it back. I started to consider just ripping it out of the wall and throwing it out but it started working. I can hardly wait until AC season to see what it does. My neighbor gave up on his and just set one temperature day or night. Oh, and the app is just as worthless.
