The thermostat works great and is easy to install. My only issue with it is the runtime history. I am an hvac technician and like to monitor my system regularly to make sure it’s performing well by using the runtime history tool. It only shows when the unit is heating or cooling. Does not show aux. heat time, humidity control, fan runtime, temperatures, and other things I think it should. Like my other system with a TRANE thermostat does.

Overall it is easy to use but with 2 caviers:
1) The Mode touch button could easily switch from Heat to Cool, instead of Off, maybe put Off between Heat and Cool to avoid this issue.
2) Though it is connected to network, but the change from Mobile App to the actual Thermalstat seems take longer time, sometimes I have to do a few times to get it done, such as turning off the AC or Heater...
