Had thermostat installed by HVAC contractor. WIFI worked for the first couple days. App continues to drop thermostat from program. When I go to re-add it into the app, it fails. Thermostat remains manual operated as itâs only option currently.

Our T6 thermostat works well, is easy to use and the wi-fi feature provides peace of mind to monitor temperatures remotely.

I am old school, first digital or programmable thermostat. Very pleased with this one. Very easy to set up and use, no problems so far. Would love to take advantage of all the capabilities but normally someone is always home.

I can't rate the installation - the contractor performed that function. Connecting the WiFi was a nightmare and finally had to have the contractor send someone to the house to do help. You need clearer instructions printed in larger type.

Love it! I like that it is simple. Too many things have become overly complicated making the basic functions difficult. We have two of them in two different offices and we can access both from the one app. If all of life were this simple...

Hard to program and add users. Keeps going to Away mode when only one of users leaves the house. Goes to Away mode when I am standing there right in front of it with my i phone. Often get emails that Honeywell is having trouble connection.

Unit arrived with old firmware, took 3 hours to download new set. Constantly receives message that unit is not communicating, but my internet is functioning perfectly. Might choose other manufacturer in the future.
