For some reason the contractor who installed the system didn't program the T6. Had to walk me through it over the phone twice, the first time, a reversing valve setting was wrong and the house got extremely hot until it changed. It's OK now.

Initial setup was frustrating. The e-mail which was required to complete setup arrived more than six hours following the request. Contractor called the help desk where the tech was very helpful and got us going. Application is a bit buggy.

It took the tech a couple of tryâs to configure the unit but after he did the mobile app was very easy. I really like having access anywhere

Have 7 thermostats but 2 of them will not connect to Apple HomeKit. Otherwise working great.

Still annoyed that unit is not compatible with the earlier TS's on TCC system
