The instructions and the navigation through this thermostat isn’t easy. I considerate the least user friendly out of all thermostats I’ve purchased.

Love that I can change the setting on my cell phone. Very nice when traveling home from out of town or when you don’t want to get out of bed to do it.

Wifi connection will drop every once in awhile. I remove the unit from the base and wait a minute before putting back on. Seems to take care of it.

Thermostat itself it fine, setting it up to the wifi was extremely frustrating part. The directions supplied do not provide all the steps. It took someone who had one installed previously to help hook it up

Soooo many times does not turn off. Runs constantly when set in auto. I have to turn completely off in order for it to stop!!

A tech installed the thermostat but left the wifi programming to me. No problem, as I worked in tech for 30 years. Following the directions, which were out of date, wanting me to download an app that no longer exists, I was not successful, even when I found the correct app. I spent at least an hour on the phone waiting and talking to customer support. The guy was not paying attention. I think he was talking to other people or somehow distracted. After about 10 attempts in total, I gave up. My smart son figured it out in about 10 minutes without tech support. They really need some technical writers and attentive support people.
