By and large, easy to operate once getting connected to the phone. My heating tech. took approx. 2-3 hours to get connected with an iPhone 14. Other than that, it is a great piece of equipment that is relatively intuitive in operation. Would be nice to have a 24 hour clock option.

This is a basic thermostat. The app is nice. I can control the temperature settings. And it tell me the current temperature inside and put. Disappointed that is doesnt track usuage over a period of time.

Only lasted 1.5 year before it had to be replaced. Spoke to my neighbors and they had the same issue. I loved it while it worked though.

Works fine as a thermostat, but online connectivity is useless. We've lived here a year and both my husband and I have tried to get it to connect to our phones. Apple, Android, app updates, nothing works. Constantly get a connection error. I tried disconnecting it from wifi, and the unit will light up every night at 10pm letting me know to REGISTER ONLINE, and I have to get up and physically turn the screen off. Just frustrating.
