Programming is not very user friendly, and a bit confusing when it comes to automatically changing back and forth from AC to heat (as needed during shoulder periods).

It's easy to use and I love the bigger numbers and the larger font, it's easy to see. The app is wonderful and easy to use. I love that I can set my thermostat from my phone so I don't have to come home to a hot or cold home. Getting an energy credit for going smart also sweetened the deal.

Overall, I really like this device. It was easy to set up, and easy to change settings and schedules. Where it falls down is the vacation schedule. Unclear how it knows when one is on vacation or not, and when I returned home I had to reprogram it to get it to turn up the thermostat again.

If the internet is down, even for a second, the app doesn't work. This is unacceptable in a small town where the internet is not reliable. I'm going to have my installer come out and replace it with something that isn't Honeywell.
