Programing done by AC installers but they had difficulty and sent another to get wifi working. Then i realized fan was running on heat mode but don't want as I have hot water heat. Called 800 for customer rep who walked me thru a reprograming of my heat profile, very patient. Good but hope i don't have to do any programing on it in the future...
