Installer failed multiple times to get this top work with our Daiken system. Miserable support and far too complicated. There are so many ways for this device to fail it is unreliable in our experience.

It took about 70 attempts to connect the thermostat and the app initially. I gave up for 6 months and tried again and it worked. My heating guy said this was common.
