This was installed by the builder as part of the Lennar smart home and functionally worked but because we had to wait to get the RING doorbell released we couldn't experience all of the functions. Now that we can I can state this is a superior product that offers many ways to save. As we are in a golf cart community I especially like how we can utilize the geofence option to make sure the AC is not running when we exit a certain distance from the home. Easy to use, and loads of features

Nice thermostat lacking a feature I wanted

I like the thermostat but it does no have a feature is was looking for. Recently had a new central a/c system installed. I mention to the installer that my current thermostat did not have the ability to have a "swing" adjustment. My system was cycling on and off frequently so I wanted to widen the temperature change that would cause the system to turn on and off. He recommended and installed the T6 Pro Smart. Within a few days after he left I realized the system was still cycling on and off frequently. I reviewed the instruction and could not find any reference to it. I chatted with Honeywell customer support and was advised that this adjustment is not available on any of their thermostats.

We have it since December and only recentl, September, we are able to connect it to our phone. We have tech support come out to help us and nothing was done. There’s no point to buy a new one because it comes with the home we bought so whatever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When you first get it be careful when switching modes. When I thought I was switching the a/c off I actually turned on the heat. It also doesn’t give outside temperature.

The thermostat is very easy to use and displays all the information that you require. It would be nice if it had the outdoor temperature on it though. It works well through my phone while I’m away from the house.
