Product constantly loses connectivity so Iâm unable to change the temperature from my app. I have 2 units and each thermostat has the same problem. They were replaced by the builder and we are still having the same problem. The worst product!

I am still learning how to control it when I leave and come back there is always a message stating could not control but when I check itâs fine. The contractor did not give a lesson on it so I am trying and even called 800 number

I have 100 MB fiber optic internet with an AC1750 WiFi router. It is NOT compatible with a router with a high speed. I purchased an older model compatible router and it still doesnât work with the WiFi. Waste of money. I canât use it remotely.

Thermostat disconnects from wifi too often. It's also too difficult to set with Android. Had to use iPhone instead.
