Awful and not dependable

Loses WiFi connection frequently, even with home internet at a screaming speed. Internet automated help does not address all problems. After waiting 1h 20m for live telephone help, was disconnected and never recalled. These (I have 3) are the WORST thermostats that do little what is promised. DO NOT BUY.

I have two thermostats, upstairs and downstairs. They are efficient and easy to work. One problem I have is one or the other occasionally go off line and I have to reinstall.
