I love The functionality of this thermostat. It is easy to navigate and use. And makes timing of when we utilize temperature changes easy. Recommend having installed by an electrician or your HVAC person.

the thermostat works well - it's the registration process that is a nightmare. I'm a mobile tech engineer and even I had trouble with your registration flow on both iOS and Android devices. The related issue is you gate remote access by successful registration!. You compete with other companies like Google and Carrier and you are behind. And even your review process is bad... you can do better

It worked well for 16 months, until it just stopped working. No, it was not our wifi system or any other problem. The unit just stopped in the middle of summer. No screen; nothing. Called support and was told it needed to be replaced. It is under warranty, but why would I need a new one so shortly after purchasing it? Now I am wondering how long the replacement will last, and will I have to replace this one in the next 16 months? If I go away during the winter months and it stops working, i.e, no heat, will I come home to frozen and burst pipes? It, otherwise, works well with wifi and all of the settings it comes with.

ONCE it is set up, access is simple and generally works well. The set up was the extremely cumbersome part. And all about connectivity and the endless “press and select” options on the units’ touch screen. Additionally, any support in-person is non-existent.
