The only feature that works is the remote set temp away from home. It took two trips for the ac guy to set up. Difficult to get to connect. Not sure how to get customer service to help with set up o. My husbands phone.

Great little thermostat. Works great and like to ability to control it from anywhere via my smartphone. The setup instructions are really terrible and you have to use common sense rather than following them to set it up correctly.

Pretty good and reliable thermostat. Very good return value.
Two main issues:
1. The process of connection to internet is difficult, messy and not intuitive.
2. It does not show outside temperature.
