went on a trip with family at home and screen has gone blank and app says it’s offline. forgot my password and there’s no way to reset it. leaving my family unable to access thermostat

It was very difficult to download the app onto my cell phone. Later I found out that the "activity history" was not what I though it should be. I was wanting a minute by minute, day by day history of when the AC was running. The activity history is just a way for the app to communicate that there is a problem with the system.

I can set a temp, but it won’t properly hold it, or it auto changes to something I didn’t set it to without running a schedule.
