I set it to stay at 84 degrees every weekday from 3pm to 8pm, but it comes on at 7pm and cools to 76 degrees. It's probably a setting somewhere, but trying to find special time settings is like looking for your keys in the dark. This doesn't seem like a very user friendly or comprehensive app. I ended up changing the cool time to 9pm to trick it into waiting for 8pm.

Simpler setup, works reliably, app interface is easy to use and works as expected. Prefer this model over Nest since it's more like a traditional thermostat with the same capabilities at Nest.

Old look, new tech. This is a very functional WI-FI controlled thermostat that should keep almost everyone happy from grandma to grandson. While giving hands on control to grandma in a traditional way and simultaneously giving scheduling capability to the non technically challenged. No "bells and whistles" traditional plain LCD display that brightens when you touch it. The Honeywell app gives you complete control over settings and scheduling so you can sit back in your easy chair and set it up instead of squinting at the device on the wall the old-school way.
