The season just started so we have only used it a few times, love the convenience of being able to warm up the house before getting out of my warm bed. Or shutting it off after leaving the house and forgetting. It’s great!

Poor instructions & app

Once it is installed by the installer there are no good instructions on setting it up(schedule). I had to turn off the schedule (as recommended by technician) because I’d wake up to it being freezing in the house as it would default to being away all the time. I hooked it up to WiFi and now it keeps telling me to register to WiFi to get outdoor temp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked on wifi For a week, now it’s not connecting to the wifi regardless of how many times I reset the wifi, the thermostat or the app.

Love the ease, precision and sensitivity of this unit. Very cool technology. Tell the technicians who are installing it that they do NOT need to push hard (or repeatedly) on the unit to make it work. The LIGHTEST touch is all that is required.
