We’ve not yet had a chance to play with all the functionality, but the ability to control the system through the app is such a huge benefit that I never knew I needed. From being able to run it in a schedule and the geofencing feature (which I’ve not yet played with) it seems like the complete package.

Very simple to use. Perfect for second home. Now we can reset to our desired temperature before we arrive. Much better than our prior practice of going in to reset temperature, then hanging iut someplace for an hour or so.

We had a very hard time getting it set up. It just would not connect and finish the set up process. It took a while but happy with it now that it’s completed.

It was to difficult to set-up and I had to hire a technicians to do it and he also had problems. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with one of your customer service rep in order to get this set-up. I am not referring to setting up the schedule. I also had a question on that and called in but was on hold for to long so I gave up. Poor help from your end.
