The product works well. I have a Bluetooth problem with my downstairs unit and customer service did not help and dropped the ball. I have be on the telephone over 4 hours and chatting on line 2 to 3 hours. The agent on line dropped me. I’m not happy!

Can only set up to four times on schedule- in AZ -summers most do a cool down before rates shoot up late afternoon. All manuals indicate you can add, but now way to do. Also some set up is not easy to figure out.

Easy to set up and use. Has phone app that makes it easy to adjust temperatures. Needs a better and more comprehensive manual instead of having to download the installer manual, for those of us that want to tweak things to make it better and enable certain features.
