A nightmare to set up. I had to summon the aid of a technical support agent at Honeywell. In my case, I needed the combination of two separate cellular devices and a screen share to configure the WIFI feature of the RESIDEO app.
Have T6 upstairs, and another Honeywell thermostat downstairs. Not sure how they integrate but now have both in Resideo app and they are both working fine. Better in fact than the Nest units that we had at a prior home.
I like the thermostat. The display is big and easy to read and program. My issue is with the app. It often loses the wifi connection. Also if I change the temp or mode on the app, it takes a while for the thermostat to be updated.
Miss the old Honeywell app, Resideo is garbage....

Works pretty decent now, but when first installed, this thermostat had a lot of issues connecting to Resideo app which this specific Honeywell thermostat uses Resideo software. This is only related to the Wi-Fi and Resideo servers. The thermostat works good besides the Wi-Fi issues.
